Vancouver Property Group ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to sellvancouverwa.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights under Washington State law, including the Washington My Health My Data Act (MHMD Act) and the Washington Consumer Protection Act (CPA), RCW 19.86.

When you complete a contact form, request a home valuation, or otherwise reach out to us, we may collect:

  • Any other information you voluntarily include in a message

We do not require the creation of an account to use this Site. Submission of contact forms is entirely voluntary.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, certain technical information is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, including:

  • To improve the Site — Aggregate usage data helps us understand how visitors interact with the Site and identify areas for improvement.
  • To comply with legal obligations — We may retain certain records as required by Washington State real estate regulations, including rules administered by the Washington State Department of Licensing.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for automated profiling or behavioral advertising.

3. Third-Party Services

This Site uses the following third-party services that may collect or process data:

  • Google Analytics (GA4) — We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the Site (pages viewed, time on site, approximate location, device and browser).   • OpenAI measurement pixel — We use a measurement pixel provided by OpenAI to understand how visitors arrive at and act on the Site (for example, completing a home-valuation request).   • IDX Broker (anticipated) — We anticipate integrating IDX Broker for MLS property search functionality. When active, IDX Broker may set cookies and collect usage data. We will update this policy when that integration goes live. IDX Broker is governed by its own privacy policy.

We do not share your personal information with these third parties for their independent marketing purposes. These services are engaged solely to operate the Site.

4. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to support core site functionality, to understand how visitors use the Site (analytics), and to measure conversions. We do not run behavioral retargeting advertising and we do not sell your personal information. For full details, see our Cookie Policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and to meet our record-keeping obligations under Washington real estate licensing regulations (WAC 308-124H). Usage analytics data is retained in aggregate form and is not linked to identifiable individuals after 26 months.

6. Your Rights Under Washington State Law

Washington Consumer Protection Act (RCW 19.86)

Washington's Consumer Protection Act prohibits unfair or deceptive acts in the collection or use of consumer data. We do not engage in deceptive data practices. If you believe your rights under the CPA have been violated, you may file a complaint with the Washington State Attorney General's Office at atg.wa.gov.

Washington My Health My Data Act

The Washington My Health My Data Act (Chapter 70.372 RCW) provides Washington residents with rights regarding consumer health data. As noted above, we do not collect consumer health data. To the extent any such data is inadvertently collected, you have the right to:

  • Confirm whether we hold consumer health data about you
  • Request access to that data
  • Request deletion of that data
  • Withdraw consent to its collection or sharing

This Site is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through this Site, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
